How it all began…

Tired and unfulfilled of the corporate grind and the Manhattan commute Jay Tayler, switched gears to pursue his passion. Being a surfer, snowboarder and overall extreme athlete he was craving to live his life on his own terms and not be entrapped by the corporate mold. Persisting through adversity, turning obstacles into opportunities and refusing to accept mediocrity as a way of life, Tayler spent the next seven years defining his vision. After much opposition and endless persistence his dream was starting to manifest… and FIZIKEL was finally born.

Jay’s way of life is “FIZIKEL” just as FIZIKEL is a way of life - whether FIZIKEL is being implemented, consumed, worn, applied or read, the creative mind of Jay Tayler reveals a progressive lifestyle of aspiration in action that challenges us to step out of our comfort zone and face life with fierce intention and bold action to ultimately maximize our potential.
